Each of our tea labels suggests our general steeping guidelines for that particular loose leaf tea.
For fine loose leaf teas, a level teaspoon of leaves will steep an 8-ounce cup of tea. The fuller, fluffier teas – Peachy Afternoon, Spicy White Guava, and Heavenly Bloom for example – use a rounded tablespoon of leaves for an 8-ounce cup of tea.
If you enjoy a stronger cup of tea, we highly suggest adding more tea leaves to your tea infuser while sticking to the recommended steeping time to avoid bitterness from over-steeping your tea.
